What do your kids love at Thanksgiving, besides the pie? My kids love the turkey and stuffing the best of any food on the table. They can pass up the sweet potatoes, cranberries, and green beans (if I let them), but have seconds and thirds of the turkey and stuffing. So, when it comes time to use up the leftover turkey I’ve got a foolproof meal. My Turkey and Stuffing Bake combines the flavors my kids love in one dish. I like to use a mix of white and dark turkey meat, but you just use what you have; even chicken works. Sour cream adds a nice creamy and tart flavor to the finished dish. You’ll be cooking up a turkey just to use up the leftovers on this dish.
